Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire audit process, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Leading a team of auditors providing guidance, supervision and support.
- Training, mentoring and developing junior auditors.
- Reviewing and evaluating the work of auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying control weaknesses. Collaborating with other departments such as tax, business services, payroll and virtual finance.
- Participating in business development activities including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events.
