- Assisting in managing 3 - 4 staff
- Reviewing their work and liaising with clients
- Owning a portfolio of clients in varied industries from construction to retail and some of the Cambridge colleges. Turnovers range up to £4 million
- Some bookkeeping
- Preparing annual accounts
- Personal and corporation tax
- VAT Returns
- 25 says holiday plus Bank Holidays - this increases to 30 plus Bank Holidays over a five year period
- Study support
- An employee assistance programme
- Healthcare after a qualifying period
